LocknLock Signs MOU with Malaysia’s Leading MLM Company, COSWAY

— Expanding Distribution Channels and Strengthening B2B Cooperation Across Southeast Asia

Global household goods company LocknLock Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Young-sang) announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with COSWAY, Malaysia’s largest multi-level marketing (MLM) company.

From September 26, COSWAY hosted its three-day “COSWAY ReIMAGINED” event in Kuala Lumpur to celebrate the company’s 46th anniversary, introducing its future vision, new product lineup, and global partners.

As a representative Korean lifestyle brand, LocknLock participated in the event and formalized the MOU with COSWAY to strengthen its presence in the Malaysian market. The signing ceremony took place on September 27, attended by Lee Young-sang, CEO of LocknLock, Kim Young-il, Head of Global Business, Chryseis Tan, CEO of COSWAY, Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Vincent Tan, Founder of the Berjaya Group, and YAM Tunku Tun Aminah Binti Sultan Ibrahim Ismail, Chairman of Berjaya Group.

Through this MOU, LocknLock plans to expand its distribution network in Malaysia and explore B2B partnership opportunities with Berjaya Group, the parent company of COSWAY.

During the COSWAY ReIMAGINED event, LocknLock showcased its key product lineup, including its “Fresh Block” airtight containers designed for optimal food freshness, “FreezerFit” containers specialized for freezer storage, as well as “Metro Café Ceramic Tumblers” and “Metro Two-Way Tumblers” from its beverageware range — all of which drew strong attention from local partners and attendees.

Kim Young-il, Head of Global Business at LocknLock, stated,

“We are delighted to partner with one of Malaysia’s most prominent corporations. Starting with the launch of our flagship products at COSWAY stores in Malaysia, we are also preparing to enter other major retail channels. LocknLock will continue to expand its global reach with innovative products that inspire modern lifestyles.”

Currently, LocknLock operates overseas subsidiaries in seven countries, including China, Vietnam, India, and the United States, and exports to more than 120 countries worldwide. With its recent entry into Malaysia, the company plans to further expand its global market share by developing new markets in Europe and Latin America, while diversifying product lines in existing regions.
