Cheesy Potato Waffle
Ingredients:
- 500 gr boiled potato
- 12 tbsp cornstarch
- 100 gr cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp mushroom stock powder
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1 pcs egg
How to make:
1. Puree 500 gr of boiled potato
2. Add flour, spring onion, parmesan, black pepper, salt,
mushroom broth, egg, and cheddar cheese. Then stir all ingredients until well
mixed.
3. After the dough is finished, sprinkle parsley then put it
in the LocknLock Waffle Maker and cook for 6 minutes.
4. Potato waffle is ready to be enjoyed
