Basil Tofu Pepes
Ingredients:
- yellow tofu
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp mushroom broth
- 4 slices cayenne pepper
- basil
- egg
How to make:
1. Puree the tofu. Then add salt, garlic powder and black
pepper, stir until smooth.
2. Add in sliced cayenne pepper and beaten egg. Then stir
again until well mixed.
3. Arrange the tofu mixture on a cleaned banana leaf.
Arrange the portions according to taste, also add basil leaves on top. Then
wrap it tightly.
4. Steam the tofu mixture using LocknLock Electric Cooker
for 10 minutes.
5. Basil Tofu Pepes is ready to serve.
