Ingredients:

5pcs Eggs 

1/2pcs red bell pepper 

2pcs scallions

A pinch of salt to taste

A pinch of mushroom broth to taste  

Vegetable oil to taste 




How to make: 

1. Combine egg whites with scallions, red pepper and salt. Then beat well until combined.

2. Brush oil on the Locknlock decore Egg Pan for perfect cooking.

3. Pour in egg white little by little while rolling.

4. Next, beat the egg yolk mixture until it comes together and pour the next layer until the egg runs out

5. Next, cut the egg into pieces and ready to eat.
